Wayne and Kelly Sowers are Owners of Jackson Pack N Ship.  Wayne is involved in the technical side of operations such as networking the computers, getting the latest technology for package processing, and software.  Setting prices is very complicated and Wayne figures that out.  Prices are derived from package weight, box size and distance.  It is a huge matrix in the computer.  I think Wayne summons The Oracle to help manage it .

Kelly is more involved in advertising and marketing, creating procedures to help us be error free (she is, after all, a Quality Engineer), and is the Master Packer.  No one beats Kelly for making custom boxes or packing dishes.

Gwen Kemler is the girl next door (literally) where a job opening at the shop matched exactly with her looking for a full time job.  We hire only friendly, very smart people who can handle the high pressure of this job and Gwen is all that.  She learned the in’s and out’s of shipping the fastest of anyone we’ve ever trained, except for Wayne of course.  She is a hometown girl having graduated from Jackson High School, spent some time at college, and now a first time home buyer.

Rachel Warner is a 10 year shipping veteran with extensive experience in package shipping and tracking.  She is a perfect addition to our staff because she is excited to be at the store, she loves her job, and she smiles all the time.  Her dedication and loyalty means that our customers get focused attention from Rachel.  Besides being a great employee, Rachel goes to night school to achieve a bachelor degree.  She has the energy for it and we are glad to have her.
